A great candidate should be bilingual (English - Spanish - Creole-French - Portugese) have at least 5 years experience and the following: a reliable laptop, desktop, printer, scanner with ADF(auto document feeder), PDA(smartphone), GPS, a camera and a webcam. He/She must know Microsoft Outlook, and web-based email systems such as Gmail and Yahoo. A customer relation management software (CRM) experience a MUST.
