We, at PalmHomes LLC, are strong believers that everybody has the right to housing and therefore we are declaring the last Friday of each month as "PalmHomes Housing Day (PHD)". If you, the buyer or seller, have a closing on the last Friday of a month and PalmHomes LLC has earned commission then we are willing to rebate 25% of our commission, based on company dollar, back to you.
